Andrew Scheps is a multi-Grammy award winning music producer, engineer, mixer and record label owner based in Los Angeles and the UK.
His production and mix credits include the likes of Jay-Z, U2, Beyoncé, and Lana Del Ray; winning Grammys for his work with the Red Hot Chilli Peppers and Adele. He is also a long-time collaborator of Def Jam label boss; Rick Rubin.
On November 30th 2017, Andrew presented a talk at the Faculty of Music, about how technology effects the art of music making, and how it travels out into the world once we’re done with it. Also focusing on what started as just a way to capture performances, has turned into an art form in itself. The YouTube video has so far enjoyed 105,000 online views, and counting, which is a testament to Andrew's worldwide reputation and popularity.
